No install now for new Virgin Media 360 remote
I have turned tv box on and off numerous times but each time I switch tv back on I have the upgrade to 360 button but not the install now on the home/ Apps and Games ? Where do I go from here ?

Are you able to send us a screenshot of what you see?
Do you get any other error messages?
So I switch off at plug then go through the start up , use old VM remote toget to Home Screen , Apps and Games, Apps and this is the screen .
With Upgrade Now but no Install Now . I have repeated the process numerous times with same result . Thanks

When selecting the Upgrade Now option, does it just repeat the process or does anything new appear?
Hi I am still hanging around in the PM waiting for a response . I am not sure what to do next . Can someone please advise .
