No confirmation email or account number

Hi,

I received my equipment today and all is installed and working, I initially signed up with the incorrect email but after speaking the customer service team, they said they have changed it and I should receive an email within 48hours, I has been over a week.

Can you please look into this for me as I would like to have access to my account and sign up for the app.
