No account number
I am a new customer in receipt of a broadband and tv service and with the first direct debit already taken from my bank account. However, I still haven't received an account number and therefore cannot set up the virgon media app etc.
I received a contract summary email with no account number and since then no communication. I expected a welcome letter or something to confirm account details, but nothing came.
How do I get my account number?
