No Account Number

Hi,

New customer here, have received the pre-contract email and the hub which is connected up and working fine. I’d like to connect up with the app but cannot sign-up as I have no account number; how/where can I find this?

      I've not received a welcome email, just an order confirmation/order documents one which doesn't seem to have the account number.

        In order to look into this for you further, we'll send you a private message on here. Look out for the envelope in the top right-hand corner.

        If you're on a portable device with a smaller screen, click on the icon in the top right-hand corner and select "messages" from the additional menu options.
