No Account Access - Verification Issues Password Reset.
3 weeks of no email and VM account access, After 3 voice calls and raised "tickets" I now have a merged VM/02 account!! but still no access to it
The problem is the account verification process (Verify its Me) is not accepting my password (s) and I cannot reset the password without access to VM and my settings!
I have attempted to use other methods but I don't have the "5 word security phrase" to prove its me.
I need a "password reset" email to my current gmail account and not sent to the old Blue Yonder account on VM as I cannot access it.
I am sitting here waiting again for a promised call back from the tech team to sort this out
PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE - Can anyone please helpme
