New VM subscriber but cannot complete VMO2 ID reg and linking

I've got exactly the same issue. I've tried different devices etc and still nothing. It's like they don't want us to access our accounts at all. I've only recently joined and still under the 14 days, so I'm thinking of cancelling the account because judging by what others are saying, it's an ongoing issue that VM aren't interested in fixing!
