New User Account Issue

I'm a new customer and have had no issues setting up my internet and TV but I'm having a problem registering my account, similar to other users whereby ’m getting the same issue of saying I already have an account when trying to link my virgin media account. 
When I try the I've forgotten my email address, I'm seeing the below message showing there is no email address and I seem to be stuck in a loop. Does anyone have a solution to this?
