New router not arrived
My deal expired. Called to cancel. Was persuaded to stay and was told a router would be delivered 2 days later. That was a week ago and no router. Website says no open orders. Can’t find how to contact anyone about it as it tells me to send a message and brings up a QR code (I’m browsing on my mobile so how do I scan a qr when I’m using my phone?)
Could someone advise how I can chase my router please? Connection is sketchy upstairs so I was told a new router would help and if not, use the connect app.
