New contract query

Took new contract out today 1 GB broadband,TV mix it with netflix, and landline with anytime chatter .Why when I had the email it says they will be removing mixit TV and the 360 box, even tho in pdf link at top of the email, the contract says I have got them in new contract as we agreed .Also the person I spoke to said I wouldn't  have to pay the 40 pounds installation fee but according to email Its included .

    Do you know if you are in one of the new Nexfibre XGS-PON areas?  If so, you can't get a 360 TV box, only a streaming box.  Also I believe, apart from this, the 360 is only given if you choose to pay an additional fee, even if you are in a co-ax area.  It's all to do with pushing "streaming" only as the TV choice.
