New Contract Offer
Hi
I have had several emails recently about my contract coming to an end soon (Aug 24) and to re-contract to a new 18 month contract.
I accepted this offer online on 9th April and received pre-contract details and an order number from webteam with estimated activation on 12th April.
However, my account does not show the new contract yet and I spoke to customer services and they could not find my order and that any changes will only impact my currect contract to Aug 24 and not an new 18month deal.
How can I resolve this and get the new contract I signed up for?
