New business install waiting over 6 weeks.
It’s an absolute shambles:(
ordered the business broadband for my pub and got given an install date. They came twice marked the pavement then said we will be here when external works are complete.nothing came of it so I called them to be told my account manager will call as the external works are out of budget and they want me to pay towards it 😩 the cheek.
again no calls bare in mind not had one so bf me email off then since my order email.
called today to be told my install has been cancelled and they apparently sent an email. Nope no email in inbox or junk.
told they will get account manager to call but still nothing.
if the customer service is this poor before I even get it put in if I ever lol what’s it going to continue like ? Lol
I am absolutely fuming. A communication company that don’t know how to communicate.
