New broadband contract not received.
Hi.
I have been using virgin media broadband since the 30th of July 2024 and I still haven’t received my contract via letter or email. Because of this I can’t login to my account. I called customer service twice and they said a letter would be sent to my address both times and I still haven’t received anything. Can I please get help with this?
