New account number (same email address)

My contract ended with VM in Feb and I decided to take out a new contract rather than renewing. My email address is still associated with my old account number (not my new one), online it shows no packages - therefore can't access stuff like netflix. So frustrating been told it will be fixed automatically each time I contact VM. I don't want to create a new email address for new account number, any idea how I can this resolved?
