New Account but no customer a/c number
I purchased a Broadband Solus only contract on 20th March but I only received an email containing my pre-contract documents (2 pdfs: a summary sheet and an information sheet). When purchasing online, the payment did not go through and I was informed that I would be contacted within 48 hours to take payment over the phone - I have not been contacted. I have no a/c number or area reference, so I cannot contact anyone. I have tried the phone number (cannot get past without an a/c number), the webchat (cannot get past without a/c no and passed to whatsapp), whatsapp (no replies). How can I contact someone?
