Never used the TV - how do I start?

I set my parents up with a virgin deal (phone, broadband & TV) about 5 years ago. For context I worked away so I never really saw how they were using the package but the wifi was fine so I never looked into it.

I’ve come home now to find the Virgin TV box stored safely in the shed (courtesy of my old dad not wanting any changes).

The tivo box does seem rather old/outdated & I think they probably need a new box but I can’t seem to get through to anyone at Virgin who can come out to set it up or able to send a new one that I can set up for regular use?

Seems a shame that my parents are paying but not using the service so I wanted to get it up and running so I can teach them how to use it whilst I’m around to help?

    We're sorry to hear your parents haven't been able to get the best out of their package. As the TiVo box isn't one we really support now, this would need to be changed. When making any changes, these will need to be done by the account holder. Please get them to contact us on 150 / 0345 454 1111 so the team can help further.
