Never Received Account Number
Hello. I signed up for Virgin on Wednesday 12th November. I have still not received an account number.
I have tried calling support to ensure that my installation date (2nd December) is confirmed as I cannot move into my property without it due to sometimes working from home. However, to speak to anyone, I need to have an account password which I don't have as I don't even have an account number to get an account password.
Can someone help with this please?
