Sorry to hear of any issues with your Netflix since updating your package. If you renewed your contract, a pre-contract document would have been forwarded to you. It would detail your package in full. And it would have been required to be confirmed as reviewed and accepted before the deal could be processed. So that I can take a look at this (as you've advised you're within cooling off period my understanding is you've received a new contract) I'm going to send you a private message.
