Netflix Recovery Code

I am having the exact same issue and it is very frustrating 10 day turnaround time for a query after being hacked

    Sorry to hear of the issues regarding your Netflix account and getting support with this, we understand the frustration and appreciate you raising this with us. Welcome to the community.

     

    We can see you have posted some Private Messages to other form members, just as a side note we don't respond to Private Messages unless we have offered support this way. You mentioned a 10 day turn around, is this after raising the issue with the team? Did they advise this would be raised to our support team to be investigated?

    We have a Netflix support team for issues of this and other natures.
