Netflix pending activation

Ive been waiting for my Netflix to be activated but keep getting told it will take 24 hours yet after 5 day's its still pending.

It seems many customers are also having the same issue

    Sorry to hear you're having an issue with Netflix.
    I'd like to investigate this for you.
