Netflix included

I have had tv and internet installed yesterday and my package includes Netflix standard with adds is included. How can I activate this please.

      No email received as yet, can you confirm how long this will take to arrive

        Usually these are received within 24 hours of activation but may go to the Spam or Junk folder of the registered email address on the account. Have you been able to check these as well?
