Netflix include but paying separately

I recently updated my Virgin TV and broadband contract. My contracts have always included Netflix including this new contract. It even states on the contract Netflix but it was somehow cancelled and I started to pay for myself. I spoke to Virgin but they were unable to add Netflix as I already have it on my account. Seems like I have no other options to resolve.

Has anyone anyone any experience of this and how it can be solved?

Thanks.

  • Hi bbar

    Welcome to the Community Forums.

Sorry to hear of your Netflix concerns.

When you say you pay this separately, did you create your own account on Netflix and pay that directly to Netflix, or do you pay for Netflix, but it shows on your Virgin Media billing, rather than separately?

      Hello @ Carley_s

Many thanks for replying to my message.

So before Virgin started offering Netflix I had my own direct subscription. Since Virgin started to offer Netflix as an included service that is how I accessed. been like that for at least 7 years.

When I renewed my Virgin contract last month Netflix was somehow dropped from my account and I didn't realise until I was billed by Netflix. I called Virgin support and they told me Netflix was part of my package and were unable to add it again. So I am not sure how this is solved as I don't want to pay separately for Netflix.

      Thanks,

      Brian.
