Netflix Downgrade post Renewal
Hi There,
I recently renewed my contract “like for like” but I’ve just got an email from Netflix saying I’ve been downgraded from standard to standard with adverts. That’s not what I based my renewal on and my renewal order clearly says Netflix Standard and not Standard with Adverts.
Is this an error that can be corrected (without me paying more) or is the downgrade intentional? In which case my package stops being good value.
