Please can you go to your online account here look for Netflix and let me know if it will let you re-activate form here.
It should allow you to do it and send you an email which you would click and this will get it working again. Cheers

No change, why am I not surprised, judging from all the comments and queries on this forum I'm not expecting things to change soon

If you are look to re sign back up to Netflix you may need to wait 24 hours.
I would go to the Netflix website and sign up there it will allow you to do this right away once you've done this just login in with your details.
