Netflix cancelled after house move

Hi. I seem to have the same problem as others have experienced, netflix has not operated since I moved house on 16th Sep. Call to support has advised that activation email will be sent out but none has been received. Netflix have emailed to say they will be terminating my account completely tomorrow. How do I get my account reactivated?

    Welcome to the community and thanks for taking the time to post here on the forums. I’m sorry to hear of the issues that you’re having with your Netflix account at the moment. Are you able to login to your online account to check if you can activate your Netflix account there? This should be in the entertainment services section of your online account. If this doesn't work, please let us know and we can get this looked into further from here.

  • Hi. I have logged in again to double check but unfortunately I have no option to activate Netflix in the entertainment services section. If you could please assist that would be appreciated
