Sorry to hear of the confusion caused by the Netflix charges on your recent bill. We appreciate you raising this with us via the forums.
From the image, the two charges appear to relate to two different periods, the image isn't very clear to us but it looks like one is the 17th July and the other from 1st September, this will be due to you paying for services in advance.
