Netflix billing issue
I have been billed for Netflix when I have my own Netflix and pay for it through them. I called up 4 times last week and I was told the payment will be cancelled. It’s still on my bill and again I have been charged for Netflix again this month and also a late fee.This is getting ridiculous now, every month I have to call virgin customer service due to their inability to provide a service which I pay for. I want it cancelled now please and the payment sorted out.
