Netflix and Sky Sports App Issues
I received my stream box a week ago and still have the following issues despite multiple calls and messages and raising a complaint with no response (Reference Number:C-031125548)
1. Netflix. Email for migration from my account pre Virgin to my Virgin account with it included never received despite being told multiple times it would be resent, when i click redeem in my virgin account I get 'something went wrong' message
2. Sky sports app downloaded to Ipad. When I sign in with my virgin ID I get 'you have no sky sports subscription' so can't watch it on my Ipad even though i can watch fine by stream box
Been told multiple times it will sort itself in a few hours but never does
Last night I was told by a virgin support agent my email on the Virgins side was corrupted on their side and to phone and get it updated. I did this but as told they couldn't see the issue!!
Am out of ideas now as keep phoning/messaging it draining too much time
