Netflix activation

So I already have netflix with ads but I now have signed up to virgin I included netflix it in my package I havent recieved my activation email and I phoned today to be told i would get an email with in 24hours but probably less. I dont want to pay twice for my netflix as looks like ill end up having to pay normal then again with virgin if this isnt resolved.

Can anyone help.
