Netflix activation

I have just joined this forum and see that a number of people have experienced the same problem I am having. 

I recently took out a new contract which included Netflix but when I set it up Netflix was not included. I had a long conversation with someone at Virgin Media and was told I would receive an email within 24 hours.  That was 5 days ago but no email has been received so I am still without Netflix. 

I would very much appreciate it if someone could provide help.

    Sorry to hear that you are still waiting for an activation email from Netflix! You should get one of these automatically when the service is first added, or a 'activation button' within your online account 👉 virg.in/myVM where you can get the service set up.
