Need to speak to someone re installation update
Hi - moved my virgin account to new home and engineers had prob with connection. Iโm in desperate need of an update as to timescales and whether service possible as canโt move in and work there until sorted. Tried web chat and wait times terrible and then cuts off in convo and not getting any answers and tried complaints and cuts me off or goes around in circles saying account number not entered when I have entered it . Oh my word am ready to cancel it all. I need a number to speak to to get an idea of timescale asap - anyone have any other number to try?
