Need new Hub

Can i get a new hub sent out without having to mess around with  someone coming out?. 

I had a technician come out a few months back to set up the new 360 box as the one sent to me was not working, and he said my internet connection was not stable, i explained to him at the time the Hub would over heat and cut out and it would make the connection weak all the time since it started, he went away and said they would monitor my connection for a week then got a msg the next day saying it was all sorted even tho it was not as its the Hun thats the problem, i received a msg again yesterday saying to book a technician for them to come out and look at it when all that needs to be done is a new Hub be sent to me, as i do not have the time to book off work and my weekends are swamped, so is there anyway i can get sent a hub out and i can call up when i have a bit of spare time to connect the new Hub

    We're very sorry to hear about the issue with your hub.

    For a replacement hub an engineer visit is needed to review if a replacement would resolve a problem.
