My virgin account cannot be created as it says it’s under a different email

Hi,

I have just become a virgin media customer for the first time and when I try to create account using the email I provided and the email I received all the documents on from Virgin confirming my order it says my Virgin account is linked to a different email so I cannot actually create a Virgin account. Just keep getting an error.

when I do a email reminder using the virgin media account name and number is show as below which makes me think the email address has not been properly added to this account.
