My laptop will not connect to my new Hub 4

Have been trying to connect my laptop to my recent upgrade to hub 4.0 but it won't connect and keeps saying that the security key that I am entering is incorrect, which it isn't for certain. I don't know what is going on?

    Thanks for posting and welcome to the community. Sorry to hear of the laptop connecting issue. 

    Is this the only device the password is not working on or are others affected?

    I suggest you look at a better router with 1Gb ports and put hub in modem mode

    Could be the laptop is trying to use WPA3 ?  Try WPA2
