Hi JuJu69
Thanks for posting and welcome to the community. Sorry to hear of the laptop connecting issue.
Is this the only device the password is not working on or are others affected?

Yes it is just the laptop. The laptop is technically obsolete now as I stopped using it when Windows 11 came in as it couldn't support it but wanted to transfer a lot of digital artwork I had done over so fired it up in readiness to transfer my software and files over to a new one when I get it next week. I'm not so bothered about not being able to access WiFi on it but have concerns about whether I will have the same issue with a new one but will have to wait and see.

Hi JuJu69,
Thank you for your post. We're very sorry to hear about the issue with your laptop connecting to the hub 4.
Is this on both a Wired & Wireless connection?

I suggest you look at a better router with 1Gb ports and put hub in modem mode

Could be the laptop is trying to use WPA3 ? Try WPA2

Security Key? That wording seems out of place. What is the error message exactly? Can you provide a screen shot? Security could be something else, not to do with your WIFI Network password.

What happens if you connect the laptop via ethernet cable to the hub4?
