Moving house: new install status
I called VM on 19 Aug to move house and take VM with me. Today should be the new install date, but:
- I've had no notifications that it will happen
- nothing in my new contract mentions my new address
- my account shows no open orders
- my broadband status shows everything is OK at my old address
- no confirmation that the pre-engineer visit was done
- there appears to be nowhere to check.
I found an account option that says "we know you are moving", and another place that indicates that my contract was cancelled. I've tried contacting Virgin, but they keep pointing me to a FAQ or chatbot.
Where do I check that everything is on schedule at the new address?
