Moving house new contract
Like thousands of others, as it seems, my contract end date was extended when I moved house in June 2024. My previous contract was due to end on the 27th January 2025, and despite repeatedly being told my contract end date wouldn't extend as my services weren't changing, it seems VM have signed me into another 18 month contract. Surely this is a breach of contract. It specifically states in writing, that upon moving house if the same services are provided at the new property then the contract end date stays the same.
After my bill rose by £56 this month, I rang to cancel, only to be told there was a £907 disconnection fee. Surely this is an admin error, but nobody on the phone seems to be any help. Can someone on here offer some help?
