Moving House Evidence

Hi, does anyone know how long it takes Virgin to get back to you once you have sent in evidence that you are moving to a non-Virgin supplied property? I sent mine on 24th October but haven't heard anything back. Our disconnection fee is £400 so keen to get it sorted before that comes out.

    Also meant to add that I never got sent the email with details on where to send the evidence, so sent it to the standard Home Movers email address with my account number. Was this right?
