Moving house - Virgin not supported in new area

Hi there,

I'm moving house at the end of the month, and unfortunately Virgin Media does not support the new address. I have tried to contact Virgin through phone, whatsapp (but I think there's a bug leading to a cycle) and live chat but am struggling to get through to anyone. Is there any other method I can take to cancel?

    Thanks for posting and welcome back to the community.

    Sorry to hear of any issues contacting us. You'll need to call the team on 150 / 0345 454 1111 option 4 and 3, the team will then book the cancellation in for you.

    Thank you! I have tried calling a few times and always have to hold for ages and/or get disconnected. Is there any other method? Do you have a form I could fill or an email?
