Moving house - Virgin not supported in new area
Hi there,
I'm moving house at the end of the month, and unfortunately Virgin Media does not support the new address. I have tried to contact Virgin through phone, whatsapp (but I think there's a bug leading to a cycle) and live chat but am struggling to get through to anyone. Is there any other method I can take to cancel?
