I have just moved my virgin media and need assistance connecting to ky account
I would like to set up my account but would like to use the same email from my last address, could I have assistance please?
My previous issue re engineer is resolved virgin media texted to my account is activated .
What is the engineer required to do? If a new cable is required from the road it may take much longer.
They just said cabbeling to me
