Moving Home with broadband services issue - Fraud
I have contacted web agent for moving home with my current broadband service contract. The web agent was created another contract 18 months to me. Is it weird?

Just to add to this - Virgin media did the exact same to me and played dumb when I stated I didn't want a new contract.
