Moving home, new contract

I have just moved home and have received a service change receipt this morning. It looks like I’m on a new 18 month contract starting on the 9th October. My original contract along with my promotional offer should end on the 8th July 2026.

Can you please look in to this for me as I was expecting and want to keep my original contract, and certainly don’t want a new one just yet.
