Hi, tried to speak to a human to arrange a site visit to move the virgin media cable location, but that proved a challenge. Will this action be picked up here?
We are widening the driveway and require the cable moving over which will require relocating the access point on the public pavement.

£25 is for moving their equipment inside your property. For moving equipment outside, that involves digging, they get a contractor in and that gets expensive.
