Moving - no Virgin Media at new address
Is there a way to arrange cancellation by email? I have tried the online chat for two days now, and have been kept waiting the whole time. Periodically, the bot asks me the same questions to verify my identity, and lets me know that the waiting time is 45 minutes. I have also put in a complaint about the waiting time. I am starting my third day of waiting on the chat line. What is the least painful way to get this done?
