Moved new address

Hi ive moved address and engineer came out and conected me my services is working normally on my virgin media app its saying account closed and om my virgin tv go app its not letting me watch anything

    Thanks for posting and welcome to the community. We hope the house move went well :)

    The online account, this is what's called a Move and Transfer (riveting name I know), so we'll send you a PM and then take some details. Long as security passed on both accounts, we can transfer the details from one account to the other, time-wise is 24 hours.
