Moved house, had my VM contract extended but my discount wasn't extended which led to massive increase

I've spent months trying to have this resolved via WhatsApp conversations but it's still not sorted out. 

Up until my March bills my monthly payment was £64.00 per month, from my April bill it's gone up to £106.62
