Moved house (2 doors down) - New account.
Hi all.
I hope you maybe able to assist, I have moved two doors down and now have two accounts with virgin media, my other house will be rented out, unfortunately I have added my primary email address to my new account, so trying to do anything to the new account it’s bouncing back to my old account. I have tried to change the email address but there is nothing coming through.
Hopefully the staff here maybe able to assist, sitting in hold and then getting through to a foreign call centre isn’t fun anymore.

We're sorry to hear you're having issues with logging in. You will need to use a different email address to the one you have registered for your original account. You're not able to manage two accounts un der the same email.
We don't have the ability to change the email address from here so you will need to call the team on 150 / 0345 454 1111. Once the email has been updated, you'll be able to link your new VM account to the new email, which will allow you to manager the both accounts separately.
