Moved house - Verify email

I am tried to log in since 2023,then I got stuck with a verification email,which I never got to receive and continue to verify.Right now I have moved houses and I need to set up the internet and it is impossible to do so because when I try to log in I cannot.Virgin media assist and it’s frustrating
