Moved house - no broadband and account issue
I moved property on September 1st, and still have no broadband 2 months on. I keep getting passed from person to person until I slip up and fail security. It's getting to the point of cancelling, and now when I try and phone, it won't let me do anything unless I make a payment.
When I log in to my account, it shows my old address and a final payment. No idea what they want me to pay for. It's ridiculous
