Mistakingly signed up for 2 contracts

Back in March I definitely signed for a renewal contract when my current VM contract ends in june...yet over the past week I've been bombarded with renew your contract email so I panicked and signed for another thinking I must've been mistaken in March...Now I've got 2 contracts ,can someone from virgin help and tell me which one I am signed up with ,I can't afford 2 pay 2 lots of monthly payments

    We're sorry to hear there's been some confusion around your renewal offer. You'll only ever be billed once per month on your account. If you've accepted a new package/contract then once this is applied to the account, this will be active, and any previous contracts will be void. 

    Only 1 payment will come out each month. The first bill after the changes are made can sometimes look a little different, so may be a little higher, or lower - this will depend on if the new contract costs more or less each month. Future bills should then match the new contract exactly.
