Mistakenly signed 2 pre-contracts

I have renewed my TV, Broadband and Phone contract tonight via the online chat service. Having agreed a new 24 month contract at £130 per month for Sky Sports HD, TNT Sports, M250 Broadband, Anytime Chatter & UHD the agent sent me a pre-contract, in which I signed for approval. Then about 10 minutes later, I received another pre-contract, which I assumed was further information for me to approve, so I signed that too. Everything appeared to be OK, until I switched my Tivo Box on to see that my Sky Sports UHD add on had been removed (which was active from my old contract) despite my renewal stating that the add on was included.  Having then checked the 2 pre-contracts that were sent, it looks like the 1st contract had the UHD included for £130 per month. The 2nd pre-contract however didn't have the UHD included but was still showing my renewal price of £130 per month. Could someone please reinstate the UHD for £130 per month, as without it I was quoted £123 per month. And at the moment it's being renewed without the UHD for £130 per month. So I'm paying extra for something that I'm no longer receiving.  Just to clarify the contract that I agreed to via the chat service stated for £130 per month, I would receive Sky Sports HD, TNT Sports, M250 Broadband, Anytime Chatter AND UHD. Please rectify this for me. Thank you
