Missing round black conduit cover

Hi, the round black conduit cap in the pavement is missing would you review and arrange to have it replaced if necessary please.

 

 

The pipe is at the end of the driveway but doesn't carry the cable to the house, a second access point was created on the pavement at the side of the house due to the drive being paved. I will endeavour to attach pictures of the pipes with and without the cap.
